About me
Hello, my name is Nichola, and I’m the founder of Sage Holistics. My journey into holistic therapies began over 20 years ago with Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy. From the very start, I felt a deep connection to the power of natural therapies and the way they can bring balance, calm, and healing into people’s lives.
After stepping away for a while to raise my two beautiful daughters, I knew that when the time was right, I would return to my passion. Now that they are grown and following their own dreams, I felt it was time to follow mine again. At 50, I returned to education to refresh my skills and build on the knowledge I already had, fully committing myself to my lifelong love of holistic health.
I first trained at the Holistic Beauty Academy in Berkshire, gaining a VTCT qualification in Reflexology for hands and feet. Eager to deepen my practice, I went on to study with Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology, where I qualified in Bergman Method Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift (VTCT). I have also specialised in Reflexology for Menopause, supporting women’s wellbeing through one of life’s most transformative journeys.
Through Sage Holistics, my aim is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can feel deeply cared for, whether you are seeking relaxation, balance, or rejuvenation. Each treatment is given with warmth, compassion, and a genuine wish to help you reconnect with yourself.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my daughters and walking my dog, Nella. Living in such a beautiful part of the country, I’m lucky to be surrounded by stunning coastal walks and sandy beaches, which are a constant source of peace and inspiration for me.
To ensure the highest quality in my treatments, I use Tropic Skincare products and Ziggie Bergman’s award-winning facial serum during facials, giving your skin the best possible care alongside the therapeutic benefits of facial reflexology.
